Maureen has over 30 years of teaching experience and is a Board Certified Music Therapist.
Throughout the years, she has found very creative ways to motivate students positively to learn & love playing. In her valuable opinion - it is so very important to make lessons fun, build confidence, foster creativity and teach in an inspiring & patient atmosphere.
She is classically trained on violin and piano. She has played piano for 39 years, violin for a little over 36 years and guitar for 25 years.
Maureen has played in numerous orchestras & symphonies - two internationally touring orchestras and nationally touring & local bands.
She has experience in many genres: Classical, Bluegrass, Irish, Folk, Jam & Electronic Music.
Maureen is located in Lakewood, Colorado and can teach lessons in-person, virtual, or a combination of both for all ages 3 & up.
